6. Booking & Confirmation

Submitting an inquiry, application, or booking request through this website does not guarantee an engagement.

All speaking and training engagements are:

• Subject to availability

• Confirmed only upon written agreement

A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to secure any booking date.

Embodied Leadership Inc. reserves the right to accept or decline any booking request at its sole discretion.

7. Fees & Payment

Speaking and training fees are determined based on:

• Event location

• Travel requirements

• Duration of engagement

• Scope of preparation and customization

Rates are discussed and confirmed following an application and/or discovery call.

Payment Terms:

• 50% deposit due upon booking (non-refundable)

• Remaining 50% due no later than 7 days prior to the event date

• For bookings made within 7 days of the event, full payment is required upfront

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services at the Company’s discretion.

All payments are non-refundable.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

All payments made are non-refundable.

If the client cancels:

• More than 30 days before the event: no additional payment required beyond deposit

• Within 30 days of the event: 100% of the total fee is owed

• Within 14 days of the event: 100% of the total fee is owed and non-transferable

Rescheduling may be permitted at the Company’s discretion and must occur within 90 days of the original event date.

9. Recording & Content Usage

Embodied Leadership Inc. retains the right to:

• Record, film, or photograph any portion of engagements

For any event booked through this website or otherwise:

• The Company must be granted full access to all audio, video, and photographic content captured during the event

• Such content must be provided upon request within a reasonable timeframe

The Company retains the right to use this content for:

• Marketing

• Promotional materials

• Commercial use

Clients may use content for internal purposes only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Embodied Leadership Inc. shall not be liable for any:

• Direct or indirect damages

• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

• Decisions made based on website content or services
